Rooms were clean and spacious with a modern design. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Recently stayed for a week with 2 children. The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was great and spacious and surprisingly quiet. Clean and the beds were great with lots of pillows. The room included everything we needed. The towels were changed every day, the beds remade and the rubbish emptied every day. The outdoor area was nice. The hotel is within close walking distance to everything including transport. I couldn't fault the Albion Manor at all. I will stay again. Thank you

Amongst other routine notifications just prior to our stay, one included that the neighbourhood was expanding etc. What an understatement - we paid full freight for a stay on a Tuesday night and the construction noise was around the clock and started at 7am the next morning - vibrating through the whole building. All that was offered were some ear plugs!! Our family room was dark and dingy too with very little natural light. It was so far from expectations it was not funny. The service desk was rarely attended and when it was, the hospitality was lacking. Had to ask for my VIP expedia offer on check out, when it was on my booking (not offered on check-in). I have stayed here before many times prior to all the construction but would definitely not go back, especially given the disruption for the rate we paid.
